Foam System

Foam Fire Suppression System is a fire protection system that uses foam to extinguish fires, particularly effective for flammable liquid fires (Class B) such as those involving oil, gasoline, or chemicals. The system works by applying a layer of foam over the fire, which smothers the flames, cools the fire, and prevents re-ignition by sealing the surface and cutting off the oxygen supply.

The foam is typically mixed with water and then distributed through a network of pipes and nozzles, creating a stable foam blanket that suppresses the fire. Foam systems are commonly used in industries like petrochemical, aviation, and manufacturing, where large quantities of flammable liquids are present.

Foam systems offer a fast and effective way to control and extinguish fires, reducing damage and minimizing the risk to both people and property.
